Responsibilities:

• Call driving schools to become affiliates
• Call insurance companies, high schools, and other potential partners to establish partnerships
• Maintain regular contact with clientele and assist any customers who need help
• Educate prospective clients about our driving courses and benefits
• Promote and sell driving courses to meet sales targets
• Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and seek referrals
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheets, and online scheduling software
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills

To be successful as a Sales Representative, you should have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with challenges in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Flexibility to work in shifts is a plus.
