Job DescriptionAre you someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a collaborative environment? If so, we're looking for an enthusiastic Absence Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage the implementation process for our policyholders, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire integrated absence implementation process, delivering exceptional customer service throughout Provide guidance on absence and short-term disability (STD) best practices Maintain a thorough understanding of claims processes to effectively support customers Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring their expectations are met Collect, document, and share plan information and product details with clarity and transparency Proactively identify unique service and technology requirements for each customer Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders as needed Assist with customization of communications and reporting to meet customer needs Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation, including underwriting, claims, and implementation teams Track and maintain client-specific data throughout the implementation process QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, with 5-7 years of experience in the insurance/customer service industry Prior Experience In Absence Management And STD Roles RequiredExperience in implementation or project management strongly preferred Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive work environment We welcome all talented candidates and are committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
