Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and services are delivered efficiently.
Collaborate in the creation and implementation of detailed Water Management Programs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Oversee client accounts including the preparation of invoices and managing water testing protocols.
Engage in regular client interactions to provide support and present new proposals, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Participate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry-specific knowledge, including water system infrastructure, water chemistry, and regulatory requirements.
Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in water-related fields within engineering or scientific disciplines.
Proficient understanding of building water systems, HVAC, energy efficiency, and utility engineering.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering and maintaining effective team and client relationships.
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable with MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications.
Work Environment And TravelThis position involves frequent travel to client sites within the region, including some overnight stays.
The role often entails physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds.
Professional attire is required, along with PPE during specific tasks.
