Position: Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr, with Weekly Pay and Benefits
Schedule: Flexible hours between 7am-10pm EST, Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts within these hours)
Equipment Provided
Start Date: Mid-June
Job DetailsHandle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.
Assist in gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Adhere to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.
Job RequirementsAvailability to work on Saturdays.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Recent Call Center Experience.Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in multitasking and using dual monitors.
Positive work attitude and a willingness to assist others.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
