ResponsibilitiesUtilize specific KPIs to effectively sell and enroll policyholders through customer calls and outreach campaigns.
Initiate warm outreach to customers to highlight our products and services within existing homes.
Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators to address service issues raised by customers.
Maintain accurate resident and facility account information within our database.
Continuously enhance product and technical knowledge within the industry.
RequirementsPerform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
Must possess a State-issued Life/Health Insurance license.
Associate Or Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Or Equivalent Work Experience.1-3 years' experience in sales; experience in healthcare, call centers, or insurance sales is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic functionality in both is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to changing environments.
Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills.
Additional InformationThis position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, with remote training provided.
For those residing in the greater Kansas City area, in-office training is mandatory initially, with the opportunity to transition to fully remote work upon completion of training.
