Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Chief of Staff to CEO & Executive Team Near Washington, DC

Ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-growing company? We’re looking for a talented Senior Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder and CEO, along with the Executive Team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and Executive Team professionally.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including travel arrangements and appointments, for maximum efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate both virtual and in-person events, such as leadership retreats and board meetings.
  • Handle incoming communications, preparing various reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Resolve issues independently with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring effective task completion.
  • Assist the Executive Team with additional projects and tasks as necessary to support overall team success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a SaaS tech environment, supporting high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, with significant experience in calendar management and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work primarily in EST, with flexibility to handle urgent matters outside regular hours, and willingness to travel 4-8 times annually.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and determined approach.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience with remote, global organizations and event management.
