Position Overview
As part of our client-facing team, you will join us as a Program Specialist, dedicated to building and managing relationships with assigned school districts. Your role will center on consulting with districts to achieve their financial and implementation objectives, thereby advancing our shared purpose. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing training on our documentation tool, X Logs, collecting financial data, strategizing intervention techniques, and ensuring administrative follow-up. We seek a detail-oriented, driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.
Your Impact
Provide expert-level consultation on the Medicaid to Schools Program to assigned clients, fostering compliance, accuracy, and maximization.
Continuously assess the financial and documentation success of each client to fulfill our purpose.
Drive maximization efforts through consultation with district administration.
Conduct client consultations and ensure completion of activities related to the annual Cost Report.
Deliver initial implementation consultation and track progress.
Provide ongoing consultation and training on our program, X Logs.
Monitor and ensure provider participation in documentation.
Manage and audit quarterly Participant Lists for Random Moment Time Study (RMTS).
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Effectively manage essential client relationships, ensuring retention.
