Position OverviewWe are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic Environment & Planning division. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' environmental initiatives across various sectors, geographies, and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive contracts support for proposals and active contracts with state, local, commercial, and federal clients.
- Review solicitation and contractual documents, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Lead the development, writing, and management of business and price proposal volumes, while mitigating risks and maintaining compliance.
- Negotiate contractual terms with clients to minimize risk and maximize value for our organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and contractual issues, prioritizing client satisfaction and risk mitigation.
- Proactively assess contract obligations and provisions, recommending revisions to meet both client and organizational needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and support client audit activities.
- 8 years of cradle-to-grave contracts administrative experience in state, local, commercial, and federal sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including state regulations, FAR, and CAS.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with state and local regulations.

- Pay range for this position: $84,533.00 - $143,706.00
- This is a full-time position located in Reston, VA, with the flexibility of nationwide remote work.
