ResponsibilitiesConduct live online training sessions for individual learners or small groups, fostering interactive and engaging environments.
Prepare comprehensive lesson reports to document session content and progress.
Utilize effective classroom facilitation techniques to ensure equal participation and understanding among learners.
Demonstrate confidence, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain participant engagement throughout sessions.
Showcase excellent multitasking abilities, seamlessly navigating various platforms and technologies.
Adapt training programs to meet the diverse language needs of learners.
RequirementsBachelor's degree required.
Minimum of one year of training, teaching, or tutoring experience, preferably in group settings.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Minimum Of Three Years Of Business Or Corporate Experience.Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, grammar, spelling, punctuation).
On-camera Teaching Experience Preferred.Fluency in Spanish and additional languages is a plus.
Comfortable working from a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
Technical proficiency with PC or Mac systems, high-speed internet, webcam, and headset.
