Your RoleAs a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your responsibilities will include managing customer data and processes, overseeing pricing, identifying areas for process improvement, and providing support to cross-functional teams. You will serve as a key advocate for product enhancements and contribute to maintaining standard operating procedures for customer-related processes.
What You'll DoAdmin & CRM Management: Maintain and manage customer information across platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Pricing Ownership: Oversee the creation and auditing of customer pricing to ensure consistency and transparency.
Customer Process Optimization: Collaborate with revenue leaders to identify and address bottlenecks, proposing and implementing solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Internal Support & Collaboration: Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer-related processes to ensure consistency and adherence.
Data Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, identify reporting issues, and escalate as necessary.
Product Advocate: Advocate for internal administrative priorities that promote easier and more efficient practices.
Requirements2 years of operational experience partnering with customer success/support teams.
Technical proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Sense of humor and appreciation for a positive work environment.
