Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Agent - Remote | WFH

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and enjoy the flexibility of working from home! As a vital member of our customer support team, you will engage with customers through calls and online interactions, providing exceptional service with empathy and professionalism. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills needed to assist customers effectively, with ongoing support from your supervisors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with order management, including placing orders, checking order status, and handling returns.
Provide digital support, such as helping customers log in and clear their browser cache.
Manage financial inquiries, including payment processing and balance questions.
Support customers via web chat, showcasing your strong written communication skills.
Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions.
Attend daily team meetings and training sessions via Zoom.
Diligently use the required systems for tracking and logging activities.
Required Skills And QualificationsA quiet home workspace free from distractions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A compassionate approach to customer interactions, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster smooth conversations with customers.
Ability to learn and apply customer service practices accurately.

Language RequirementsEnglish is required; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) are a plus.
Experience/EducationMust be 18 years or older.
