ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving concerns and offering solutions.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps to customers.
Accurately document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
