In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training at our Las Vegas facility before transitioning to a hybrid remote setup. Key ResponsibilitiesInput various data and customer orders into our ERP system with precision and efficiency.
Engage with customers regarding production orders, providing exceptional service and support.
Review and update data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Address any discrepancies in received data promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with supervisors to resolve data-related issues and optimize processes.
QualificationsProficiency in computer skills is essential for success in this role.
Excellent typing skills are a must to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, and customer service, particularly within manufacturing settings, is highly advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
(Please note: Mandatory in-office training for 4-6 weeks)
