Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data in our databases and systems with accuracy.
Verify and correct data entries as needed to ensure precision.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following company guidelines.
Organize and manage electronic and physical documents.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security.
Complete tasks within set deadlines.
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
Contribute to a streamlined scheduling process by following established protocols.
QualificationsUS or Canadian citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the USA/Canada.
Proficiency in typing, proofreading, and excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
