Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Rep - Remote | WFH

OverviewAs a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Handling inbound calls, your main responsibilities will include clarifying policy coverage, addressing claim inquiries, and providing assistance to policyholders and other stakeholders. We prioritize first contact resolution and strive for high customer satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence at all times.
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of incoming calls (approx. 70-120 daily) in a fast-paced call center environment.
Engage with policyholders, providers, and other parties professionally and courteously.
Stay updated on policy procedures and effectively communicate policy information.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
Adhere to departmental standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management.
Requirements1 years of experience in a high-volume contact center or similar role.
Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Remote Work Experience Preferred But Not Mandatory.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a smartphone for VPN access.
Insurance Industry Experience Is Advantageous But Not Required.Ability to maintain a quiet, professional home workspace.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Location:
Remote work available nationwide (excluding specific regions).
Training and ongoing support provided.
TrainingComprehensive training program lasting 2-3 weeks.
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST.
Must have availability between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Friday post-training.
Schedule Post-trainingFull-time positions only, Monday to Friday.
No weekend shifts unless overtime is offered.
EquipmentCompany-provided equipment, except for a smartphone for VPN access.
