About The RoleAs a Remote Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients.
- Providing knowledgeable responses to basic client inquiries and escalating more complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Addressing client concerns, updating account details, and ensuring that inquiries or requests are resolved.
- Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meeting production targets.
- Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to address inquiries and cross-training new team members on customer service processes.
- Enhancing efficiency by reviewing and suggesting improvements to procedures and workflows.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any industry.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, focusing on professional written and oral communication.
- An understanding of roles within a team and the ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders to resolve client issues.
- This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates residing in the United States.
- Video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
