Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Specialist - Remote | WFH

Our dynamic team of professionals is committed to providing top-notch service for customers of various renowned brands across multiple platforms, including phone, social media, live chat, email, SMS, and video. We take pride in fostering a culture of communication and prioritizing our employees' growth by promoting from within. Currently, we're looking for individuals with backgrounds in retail, sales, retention, and/or data entry to join our team.
Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Seize every sales opportunity by suggesting relevant products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update them as needed
  • Stay informed about our evolving range of products and services
  • Employ creative problem-solving techniques to enhance customer retention
  • Manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Preferred Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Experience supporting luxury brand products and services, as well as home appliances
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Previous experience supporting consumer products and/or services
Salary$24.73 per hour commission

Training
  • Product training (includes understanding our clients' product range, ingredients, application methods, adverse effects, etc.)
  • Systems training (learning how to use CRM and ACD Tools)
  • Remote training (conducted via the video conference platform Zoom)
