Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Seize every sales opportunity by suggesting relevant products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them as needed
- Stay informed about our evolving range of products and services
- Employ creative problem-solving techniques to enhance customer retention
- Manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting
- Experience supporting luxury brand products and services, as well as home appliances
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Previous experience supporting consumer products and/or services
