- Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer records.
- Engage customers with thoughtful questions to address any concerns.
- At least 1 year of prior call center experience.
- Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in PC use and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm).
- Reliable with consistent attendance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Weekdays: Either 8 AM - 5 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
