Manage high call volumes, both inbound and outbound, while maintaining quality support.
Offer feedback on recurring customer issues to enhance our service quality.
Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Provide knowledgeable and personalized advice on hearing loss.
Your ProfilePrevious experience in inbound/outbound call roles.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Background in customer service preferred.
Available to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
