Your RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Here's what a typical day might look like:
Provide excellent customer service on every call, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Contribute to achieving customer service goals such as call time, first call resolution, and overall satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat support, managing high call volumes effectively.
Offer insights and feedback to improve our service based on recurring customer issues.
Tailor solutions to meet the individual needs of each customer.
Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Provide knowledgeable advice on hearing loss.
Your ProfileWe're looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience with inbound/outbound calls.
Demonstrate a self-starter spirit and take initiative.
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Excel in fast-paced settings.
Preferably have a background in customer service.
Are available for 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
