Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll empower customers to make informed financial decisions. You'll handle a variety of tasks from account inquiries to assisting with transactions, ensuring every interaction contributes to their financial success.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with account inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers
