Job DescriptionAs an Amazon Listings Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our online sales operations. Your responsibilities will include data entry for product listings, researching parts information, and creating high-quality listings on Amazon Seller Central. You will collaborate with a supportive team, sharing responsibilities for maintaining our Amazon account health and contributing to achieving team goals. Additionally, you will oversee and review the work of remote team members and manage Brand Registry Listings in our Brand Partnership Program.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data collection and entry for assigned projects.
Create accurate and compelling Amazon listings.
Collaborate with the team to maintain Amazon account health.
Contribute to achieving team objectives.
Oversee and review the work of remote team members.
Manage Brand Registry Listings in our Brand Partnership Program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills And QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Amazon Listings and Seller Central.
Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and data files.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Reliable attendance and work history.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Capability to work independently for extended periods.
Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts (a plus, not required).
Education And QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Hours: Full-time, first shift with a hybrid work-from-home arrangement. Initial training schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Equipment for working from home will be provided after successful completion of the introductory period. Hybrid schedule will involve 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office per week initially, with flexibility following the initial 120-day period.
