Job DescriptionWe're currently seeking a dynamic Data Warehouse Manager to join our IT Department.
General ResponsibilitiesAs the Data Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily activities and operations of the team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting data warehouse systems and projects. This pivotal role involves managing data design, database architecture, and data repositories.
Primary Job DutiesSupport reporting, modeling, and ETL projects to ensure smooth operation.
Establish auditing processes, maintain data quality, and adhere to security measures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and prioritize solutions.
Develop and manage project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage third-party vendors for data warehouse operations.
Ensure project milestones and goals are achieved.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet our data warehouse needs.
Continuously monitor and report on the performance and capacity of the data warehouse.
Handle incident management, change management, and problem resolution for data warehouse issues.
Lead regular meetings with technical teams to address progress, challenges, and solutions.
Report project status to stakeholders and management.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
4 years of experience managing a Data Warehouse.
Ability to self-manage workload with minimal supervision.
Strong leadership and project management skills in a cross-team environment.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
Clear and articulate communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Familiarity with Mortgage software, tools, and processes preferred.
