We have an incredible seasonal opportunity for individuals looking to earn extra income before the holiday season by working from home! We are hiring Healthcare Enrollment Specialists for a remote call center based in Texas.
This role is fully remote, with both inbound and outbound calls to warm leads—no cold calling required. You can use your own equipment (must be Windows 10 or higher), or we can provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop, extra monitor, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales and enrollments for healthcare and life insurance policies (state licensing in health and life insurance provided).
Make inbound and outbound calls to warm leads.
Identify new opportunities to increase product sales.
Educate customers about our products in a professional manner.
Provide high-quality customer service.
Ideal CandidatePatient and empathetic with a customer-first mindset.
Sales-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, and sales experience.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
Reliable hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speeds).
Must reside in Texas for state licensing purposes.
Open availability to work from home every day (Monday-Sunday) between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm CST, as shifts will vary.
