We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our field agents, monitor sales activities, and assist in developing strategies to help our agents succeed. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key as you work closely with team members to achieve our shared goals.
What You'll DoSupport and guide field agents to enhance their performance.
Monitor sales activities and develop effective strategies for agent success.
Communicate daily with team members to ensure alignment and progress.
Analyze sales data to create and implement successful action plans.
What We're Looking ForStrong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus.

Promotions are based on performance, with opportunities to advance as early as 60 days after hiring.
