Support agents in the field by providing guidance and assistance.
Monitor and analyze sales activity to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with team members.
Qualifications
Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and create successful strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with sales metrics, performance tracking, and action planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus.
