- Familiarity with sales metrics, performance tracking, and action planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus.

- Proficient in computer skills, including Zoom, Google Calendars, and messaging apps.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting on camera via Zoom.
