Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Executive Assistant [HYBRID] - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established digital agency. Our company, trusted by over 18,000 customers, helps organizations nationwide build their lead generation and operational systems through strategy, data, and automation. Key ResponsibilitiesAnticipate the CEO's needs to optimize time management and proactively address issues.
Handle a high volume of phone and email communications.
Manage email inboxes and calendars.
Schedule internal and external meetings.
Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and manage documents, including scanning and e-filing.
Oversee company-wide SOP documentation.
Initiate and complete orders and purchases.
Book travel and accommodations cost-effectively, meticulously managing expenses.
Plan and execute team events and retreats.
Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests.
Participate in meetings, take minutes, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with data migration and reporting for the organization.
Handle some personal errands and travel planning as needed.
Meet daily with the CEO to review ongoing projects and tasks, and discuss lead generation systems and strategies.
Oversee internal social content production with the marketing team.
Lead the direction and production of social media and video content with the CEO.
KnowledgeStrong knowledge of lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Advanced understanding of marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Required Skills & Qualifications2 years of recent, full-time administrative support experience reporting to one or more executives.
2 years of digital marketing experience.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and self-awareness.
Very dependable with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Analytical skills for addressing top-level issues and using data to find the best solutions.
Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
Strong organizational skills, particularly with electronic systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
Proficient with Google Workplace applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.).
Experience with popular design applications like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated project planning and management skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a car will be provided for work tasks as needed).
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, & CertificationsAn eye for design and knowledge of color theory.
Advanced understanding of web design or HTML/CSS skills.
Experience using WordPress.
Familiarity with project management software like Asana or ClickUp.
Experience with camera and video equipment.
Video editing skills.
