Remote Executive Assistant Opportunity
We invite skilled and enthusiastic professionals to consider joining our dynamic team as a Remote Executive Assistant. In this vital role, you will obtain valuable experience while supporting our rapid growth and collaborating directly with the Director of Business Operations.
Role Overview
As an integral member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include managing communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations for various projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide assistance to the Director of Business Operations and various clients as needed.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between clients' upper management and employees, managing communication with internal and external executives.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Handle complex scheduling, calendar management, and arrange travel accommodations for clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete office support functions, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Professionalism: Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Event Planning: Organize client events and respond promptly to requests.
  • Multi-Tasking: Efficiently navigate priorities while managing multiple tasks.
Skills And Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Professional phone presence and responsive to urgent requests.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
  • Associate's degree or higher in administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Active Campaign, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10-20 hours per week to start, with potential for growth
