This role is crucial in supporting our Executive Office by managing daily operations and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization. We offer flexibility with remote work options, as well as opportunities for in-person collaboration in Washington, D.C. ## Key Responsibilities
**Calendar Management:** Prioritize and manage the executive partner's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings.
**Representation:** Attend team meetings on behalf of the executive office, ensuring efficient project and calendar management.
**Meeting Coordination:** Organize internal and external meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and follow-up materials.
**Communication Support:** Assist in drafting and reviewing executive communications, reports, and correspondence.
**Travel Arrangements:** Handle travel logistics and arrangements for the executive office.
**Office Operations:** Maintain office operations in Washington, D.C., including mail sorting and supporting on-site meetings as necessary.
**Financial Management:** Manage invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking for the executive office.
**Workflow Optimization:** Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflow processes and streamline procedures.
**Special Projects:** Support various initiatives across research, sales, and communications teams.
## Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in politics, political campaigns, research, media, or social advocacy.
Essential experience in supporting executives or political candidates.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to independently solve problems and implement workflow improvements.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Outlook for process automation.
Flexibility to travel to our Washington, D.C. office as needed (up to 40%).
Awareness of current political and cultural events is advantageous.
## Compensation and Benefits
**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
