Role OverviewAs a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in directing and managing our organization's financial planning processes, including annual forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with C-level management to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness of financial data, enabling informed decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis of our revenue performance, comparing against budgets, forecasts, and prior years, and effectively communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
Drive the integration of external client performance forecasting with internal processes, supporting annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
Assist in the preparation of long and short-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, providing valuable insights to internal management and external parties.
Conduct risk analysis on operating assumptions, recommending strategies for optimal performance, and tracking client performance trends.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial reporting, model development, and system utilization.
Collaborate internally to develop and validate budgeting assumptions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Review and compile financial packages for business units, serving as a liaison during budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure accuracy of expense allocations and payroll analysis, supporting financial statement reviews as necessary.
Stay updated on financial methodologies and tools to enhance decision-making processes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex financial analysis and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Excel or similar software for financial modeling.
Strong leadership skills and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Clear understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Experience With ERP And Consolidation Software Preferred.Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
