Contract-to-Hire Opportunity in Customer Service within Healthcare/NHS Industry
OverviewWe are pleased to present a contract-to-hire role for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS sector. This position is fully remote, designed for candidates in the MST and CST time zones, offering flexibility while providing essential services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer information.
  • Act as a patient advocate, managing the exchange of complex and sensitive information with care.
  • Utilize multiple monitors for data entry while maintaining professional phone etiquette and adherence to guidelines.
  • Support team members with daily paperwork and assist in resolving and documenting patient issues.
  • Identify potential financial, medical, and legal risks during interactions, following appropriate procedures.
  • Use various systems to meet customer needs, including scheduling appointments, handling authorizations, claims, invoices, eligibility, benefits, and appeals.
  • Convert oral information into clear and accurate written documentation based on established guidelines.
  • Meet set performance goals in customer satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
  • Adhere to departmental standards for metrics with daily evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in customer service and data entry.
  • Familiarity with documentation processes and procedures.
  • Experience in training and policy development.
  • Capability to schedule appointments and manage invoicing tasks.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards in work.
  • Knowledge of workstation support and internet usage.
  • Understanding of medical coverage policies.
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to perform benefit-related functions.
  • Experience in handling paperwork and performing ad hoc financial tasks.
  • Familiarity with claim administration procedures.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with interviewing processes.
  • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov is a plus.
  • A clean background with no criminal record is required.
