We are looking for someone who values high-quality work and contributes positively to our quality control process. Key Responsibilities
Handle both voice and non-voice tasks as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Verify information from third parties using online databases for accuracy.
Complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, and follow up with state boards regarding certifications and statuses.
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
Take on additional duties as required.

Qualifications
Comfortable with both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in a call center, inside sales, or a related customer service role is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week and start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle changes in processes and information.
Capable of working independently or as a collaborative team member.
A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection is required.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
