In this entry-level role, you will handle hotel bookings and assist with travel arrangements, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Bookings: Efficiently manage hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience while providing top-notch customer service.
Booking and Coordination: Help clients plan and book their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Customer Service: Offer outstanding service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Data Entry and Record Management: Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Travel Advisory: Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance to enhance clients' travel plans.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in a customer service role or the travel industry is preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
Problem-Solving: Quick to address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and various time zones.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
