ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be the go-to expert on all HR matters within your assigned region. Your role involves leading, directing, and assisting with employee relations and HR issues, including policy development and implementation, conflict resolution, and record-keeping. Collaborating closely with regional vice presidents and leadership teams, you'll provide professional guidance to drive employee engagement and business success.
Key DutiesDevelop, implement, and execute HR programs and policies for the assigned region.
Oversee all general HR functions across multiple site locations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and team member development.
Investigate and resolve employee relation cases promptly and effectively.
Provide consultation to regional leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Conduct employee corrective action meetings and manage employment separations.
Analyze data to develop and execute action plans for short- and long-term HR goals.
Collaborate with Training & Development to deliver internal development opportunities.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Three Years Of HR Management Experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in state and federal employment law.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
