About The RoleAs a Human Resources Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Here's what you'll be doing:
Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and structures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Manage health and life insurance programs to support employee well-being.
Design and execute effective training and development plans to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and promote professional growth.
Maintain accurate employee records, including new hire information and changes in employment status.
Identify the company's hiring needs and oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Monitor department budgets to optimize resources and maintain financial efficiency.
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to foster a positive work culture.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, legal, compliance, or a related field.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws/guidance pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and protected class designations.
