Manage inbound calls efficiently and effectively.
Sell complex products/services within specialized programs.
Nurture and close new sales opportunities.
Actively prospect within accounts to cultivate new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to capture and record customer details and purchasing history.
Cultivate strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.
Education And Experience RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Knowledge And SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Accuracy in data entry.
Fluency in language(s) supported.
Experience in phone-based remote roles.
Familiarity with computer technology.
Time management skills.
Familiarity with call routing and case logging systems.
