Position OverviewAs a Member Experience Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming new members to our Health Plan and ensuring they have the information and support they need. Through outbound calls, you'll provide education on program features and requirements, offering a warm and reassuring experience for our members. Additionally, you'll handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to welcome new members and provide necessary information about our Health Plan
Handle inbound calls from members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Utilize communication strategies to build rapport with members and provide necessary reassurance
Identify trends in outbound calls to inform policy improvements and enhance call campaign efficiency
Maintain quality assurance standards and meet key performance metrics, including attendance and punctuality
Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings to gather feedback and insights
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving
Experience with data entry and call documentation
Additional InformationThis position offers a competitive pay range of $18.66 - $31.73 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
