Position OverviewAs a Network Relations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless provider data management and resolving reimbursement issues with third-party contracts. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare network operations.
ResponsibilitiesAutomate and manually input new and revised participating provider data transactions.
Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in designated systems.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements.
Communicate directly with providers and external vendors to address data quality concerns.
Execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities under the guidance of leadership.
Minimum Requirements2-4 years of data entry experience.
1-2 years of background in provider data services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with PRMS (Salesforce) and EPDB.
EducationExperience with QNXT, QuickBase, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is between $18.50 and $37.02 per hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in bonus or incentive programs.
