Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing updates and communications that impact both internal operations and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a background in PBM or healthcare, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possesses strong analytical skills. ResponsibilitiesSupport internal and external projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate project meetings and communications for the team.
Document requirements and maintain project templates and tools.
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure project efficiency.
Analyze and resolve client and project issues as needed.
Lead benefit and plan changes in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Facilitate third-party transitions and other internal projects as assigned.
Maintain project plans and meeting minutes for monitoring purposes.
Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
Provide go-live support as required, including non-business days if necessary.
Uphold compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Certified Pharmacy Technician or willingness to become certified.
Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred.
Minimum 3 years of client service and program management experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong team orientation and commitment to client service.
Willingness to travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
