Position OverviewAs a Project Manager for Procurement Operations, you will drive impactful change within our organization by optimizing and improving our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will lead projects focused on purchasing request intake, tactical sourcing management, supplier setup and maintenance, and more. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the procurement experience for our internal business units.
ResponsibilitiesDrive and support procurement operations projects, focusing on strategy, visibility, and efficiency.
Evaluate purchasing types and procedures to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal) to ensure a seamless procurement process.
Support day-to-day procurement activities and provide strategic insights through data analysis.
Utilize procurement tools (experience with Coupa and Zip preferred) to manage and streamline processes.
Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
Minimum 8 Years Of Experience In Indirect Procurement.Proficiency in P2P processes and procurement tools (experience with Coupa and Zip preferred).
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead operational initiatives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work with large data sets and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with procurement best practices and emerging technologies.
Integrity and transparency in all professional dealings.
