Gain proficiency in the medical aspects of claims management and oversee defense counsel as necessary.
QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of litigation management experience, preferably in bodily injury or commercial auto claims.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills, crucial for a collaborative work environment.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume claims environment.
