Join UsAs a Senior Product Manager at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our service deployment maturity. Your focus will be on accelerating continuous delivery and ensuring a consistent release experience for both Splunk customers and developers.
Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize your deep operational expertise to enhance large-scale service delivery, backed by tangible examples of your contributions.
Demonstrate proficiency in operational roles, particularly in managing public IaaS services like AWS or GCP, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes-based microservices.
Develop an inspiring vision and maintain a roadmap for service deployment evolution.
Prioritize customer-centric problem-solving and boost developer productivity through strategic mapping of current and future tasks.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customers, Engineering, UX, PMs, Service Operations, Marketing, and Field teams to execute your vision.
What You Need To Succeed5 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
Empathy for the challenges faced by Splunk Cloud admins and internal personas.
Proven track record in designing administrative experiences within a SaaS environment.
Expertise in CI/CD methodologies and custom infrastructure interfaces.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer and team-first approach.
Familiarity with IT and/or Security operations within large enterprises, and a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS applications.
Preferred ExperienceBA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale distributed systems.
Prior exposure to monitoring frameworks and familiarity with Splunk is advantageous.
