Preferred Experience2 years' experience in heavy data entry, background in accounting, finance, healthcare, or insurance preferred
Proficiency in data entry, spelling & grammar, typing, and basic mathematics
Demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve quantitative and qualitative problems
Strong business acumen and clear, professional communication skills
Experience with PC window-based computers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Center Representative, you will primarily engage in heavy data entry (80%) and outbound calls (20%) to support health plan enrollment. The primary objective of this role is to handle account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and customer service-related tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, performing database maintenance and research tasks to support contracts administration, cash control operations, and assignment of medical record numbers. You'll also be responsible for generating and distributing contracts and member ID cards, providing facilities support, and entering documents into the workflow imaging system.
Main ResponsibilitiesData Entry (80%) and Outbound Calls (20%)
Handling complex situations requiring critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Reason For CallsContacting members regarding missed information on benefits applications
