Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing team to excel across systems, processes, data, and reporting. This role will take ownership of our marketing technology stack and ensure effective execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Drive process improvements across marketing programs, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, and other tools.
Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, and Business Operations teams to align marketing operations with business goals.
Implement and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Lead projects for evaluating and implementing new technologies to support marketing growth and efficiency.
Requirements5 years of B2B Tech marketing experience, including 3 years in Pardot or similar email marketing platforms and strong proficiency in Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data.
Experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and database management.
Familiarity with GDPR regulations and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Account Engagement platforms (Pardot), Salesforce.com, and Demandbase.
Background in enterprise software marketing.
Metrics-focused with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage direct reports.

Disclosure
In Colorado & California, the minimum annual salary for this role is $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.
