Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, offering expert advice on destinations, transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Plan and coordinate transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services to craft comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Use effective communication and sales techniques to present attractive travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals.
- Provide outstanding customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel planning experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant details.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work within the United States.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach (sales experience is a plus).
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but not necessary.
