**Role Overview**
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, efficiently managing tasks and projects that contribute to smooth operations. Ideal candidates are adaptable and enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your role may encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • **Email Management:** Organizing and prioritizing client communications.
  • **Online Research:** Supporting client projects through thorough information gathering.
  • **Calendar Management:** Handling appointments and meeting schedules.
  • **Client Engagement:** Communicating with clients through phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, and email.
  • **Document Creation and Editing:** Developing and refining presentations and documents.
  • **Data Entry:** Ensuring accurate input of information.
  • **Travel Arrangements:** Coordinating flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • **Event Coordination:** Assisting clients with event planning activities.
  • **CRM Management:** Updating and managing client databases.
  • **Social Media Management:** Scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
  • **Process Development:** Creating efficient workflows tailored to client needs.
  • **Report Preparation:** Compiling data into comprehensive reports.
  • **Personal Assistance:** Supporting clients with personal tasks as requested.
  • **Software Support:** Offering training on new tools and recommending resources.
**Qualifications**
  • **Education:** Preferred Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
  • **Experience:** At least 3 years in an administrative or creative role.
  • **Location:** Candidates must be based in the U.S.
  • **Availability:** Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week).
  • **Skills:**
  • Strong independent work ethic with minimal supervision required.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Must be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
  • Comfortable meeting clients via Google Meet as needed.
  • Commitment to a 1-year working agreement.
  • Proficient in internet and computer usage with a typing speed of at least 50 WPM and accuracy.
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
