What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally as required.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases for accuracy.
Complete Enrichment Tasks as per client instructions and training.
Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, and follow up with state boards for statuses.
Ensure tasks are executed timely and with high quality.

QualificationsExperience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or customer service is advantageous.
