Opportunity Overview
We're currently seeking Certified General Commercial Appraisers based in the US to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing educational courses tailored to aspiring appraisers.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop 7 to 10 courses aimed at educating aspiring appraisers, ensuring each course adheres to a structured outline and meets specific learning objectives.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or authors (7-10 SMEs) throughout the course development process.
Utilize your expertise in commercial appraisals and familiarity with appraisal technology to create comprehensive course content.
Ensure that the developed courses meet high-quality standards and effectively convey the required knowledge and skills.
Minimum QualificationsCertified General Appraiser with a minimum of 5 years of on-field experience in commercial appraisals.
Proficiency in technology relevant to the appraisal process.
Experience in course content development, preferably with prior involvement in course creation initiatives.
Additional DetailsDuration: 3 Months
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $35-$40 per Hour
Expected Hours: 20-30 hrs per week
