Job Role
As an AI Clinical Education Faculty member, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing AI-driven medical education. Your role involves creating engaging medical cases, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and leading initiatives to integrate AI simulations into medical training.
Key ResponsibilitiesCase Development: Create and update engaging medical cases for our AI-based platform, ensuring educational objectives are met and clinical relevance is maintained.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and medical experts to deliver a high-fidelity clinical experience.
Quality Assurance: Conduct testing on new and updated AI simulations, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.
Data Utilization: Use data from user interactions to improve AI algorithms and track student performance for faculty reporting.
Research and Development: Participate in ongoing R&D projects to advance AI in medical education.
Product Feedback: Provide feedback on the performance of AI agents in simulations.
Educational Leadership: Lead workshops or seminars on the effective use of AI in clinical education.
Partnership Engagement: Engage with institutional partners to advocate for the AI-simulation platform and implement custom curriculum solutions.
Faculty Training: Train and support other faculty members in integrating AI simulation tools into their teaching practices.
What We're Looking ForEducational Background: MD, DO, or equivalent degree required. Candidates in residency, fellowship programs, or with academic faculty positions are encouraged to apply.
Clinical Experience: Demonstrated expertise in medical education and patient care.
AI and Technology: Experience with or interest in AI, particularly in educational applications. Familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
Teaching and Mentoring: Proven experience in teaching or mentoring medical students, residents, or fellows. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are essential.
Research Acumen: Experience in research with publications in peer-reviewed journals is desirable. Interest in AI-related research in medical education is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Innovative Thinking: A passion for innovation in medical education and creative problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work part-time and adapt to the dynamic needs of a tech-driven educational environment.
