Job Summary And QualificationsAs a Clinical Education Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing professional practice and patient care quality through evidence-based educational programs. Responsibilities include:
Developing and facilitating onboarding and orientation programs
Creating a positive learning environment aligned with organizational values
Assessing learning needs and designing engaging educational content
Collaborating with leadership to evaluate program outcomes and refine strategies
Applying adult educational theory and evaluation methodologies to enhance clinical programs
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
3 years of experience in acute care nursing; clinical education experience preferred
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
American Heart Association BLS Certification required
